Hammond, LA – July 27, 2015 – Provencher & Company, LLC is pleased to announce that Stephan Kowalczyk of Baltimore, MD has joined the company as Director of Business Development. With many years’ business experience in the insurance industry, Stephan has managed business development and client relations primarily in the United States. Most recently, Stephan served as a Marketing Representative for an Independent Adjusting firm, while owning and operating a B2B Event Services firm.

Stephan began his career with the Acacia Mutual Insurance Company in Washington, DC, then moving to develop a Brokerage business with a large Baltimore general insurance agency. Following that he built a successful in-house agency for a regional investment banking firm, overseeing licensing, compliance, and operations, and becoming a Vice President. He then purchased an Event Services firm, which he grew from a local single-service operation to a Full Service regional B2B Event Services firm.
