A 1-pound tape measure kills a man when it falls 50 ft. from a construction site in Jersey City, N.J.

A bizarre tragedy has struck at a construction site in New Jersey where a worker, on the 50th floor of a building under construction, dropped a one-pound tape measure that fell to the ground level, striking and killing a man around 8:45 a.m. on Tuesday, November 4, 2014.
