In his new position, Roger will serve as a primary Client contact within the firm, and will also be responsible for supervising the work of Field Adjusters, ensuring delivery of specific Client Protocols. Roger brings some 30 years’ experience providing professional insurance claims service over diverse categories of losses, while consistently maintaining an excellent performance record and reputation.

Roger has long served as a Senior Multi-Line Claims Adjuster, bringing to successful resolution claims in diverse areas. His broad experience in claims management includes catastrophe claims ranging from hurricanes, to sinkholes, to hazardous material cleanup. Roger has supervised claims resolution in the Personal and Commercial Property, Transportation, Liability, Casualty, Construction Defect, and numerous other insurance claims fields. He has supervised the work of Attorneys, Experts and other professionals through litigation, mediation, and trial attendance.
