Provencher & Company Promotes Jim Abbott to Executive Vice President

Jim Abbott joined the company in early 2014 as Vice President, Business Development and Client Relations and quickly began to broaden the horizons of the company. With over 30 years’ experience in the property & casualty insurance industry, Jim has managed client relations in the United States, Canada, Europe, and Asia with active responsibility spanning more than five countries.

Jim began his career with the Aetna Insurance Company, where in a 15 year career throughout the Midwest and Southwest he rose from adjuster-trainee to Assistant Vice President. Following his company experience, Jim assumed the role of Vice President and Claim Manager for a leading brokerage house and an international TPA and adjusting firm. This ultimately led him to his role of President and COO of a multi-national TPA and Independent Adjusting firm.
