Hammond, LA – January 14, 2016 – Katherine Bentz joins Provencher & Company as Sr. Case Manager in the Business Interruption Unit. With degrees in both engineering and accounting, Katherine has developed an analytical mindset that guides her to excel in her role. Her attention to detail assures accurate delivery of custom protocols to clients of Provencher & Company.
Katherine began her career at the Philadelphia Housing Authority, where she worked in Quality Assurance at a Section 8 site office. Here, she was responsible for accurate auditing of client files in accordance with government regulations. This included timely documentation and correction of non-conforming Housing Authority client files.
Relocating to York, Pennsylvania, Katherine began a position at a custom precision fabrication and manufacturing firm. Over time, she filled several responsibilities including: Buyer; Manufacturing Engineer; and Subcontracts Specialist. Here, she supervised or led projects including CNC tracking methods, materials management, production of a commercial nuclear project, document management, and process design.
Self-described as a lifelong learner, Katherine is currently preparing for her Certified Public Accountants Examination.
Katherine lists her personal interests as physical fitness and international travel.
